Simone Fielding

Simone has a varied background in management, sales, marketing, retail and merchandising and previous job roles have included that of Retail Manager, Project Manager, Merchandise Manager and Business Development Manager.

During Simone's time as a Merchandise Manager she was asked to represent the pharmacy industry, in Canberra, and present to the Hon. John Howard about issues concerning the future of pharmacies in Australia and was subsequently approached to present at a national pharmacy conference on the Gold Coast.

As Marketing & Development Coordinator for Dedicated Training, Simone has an ever changing role. From preparing and implementing marketing and business strategies to preparing tenders for government contracts, working closely with clients on developing training programs that are relevant and customised to suit their needs, or client business systems, Simone is ALWAYS very busy!

Joining the Corporate Training team, Simone is passionate about service standards. Her background and experience in brand and team development, combined with her outgoing, vivacious personality form the perfect mix for interactive, informative and fun training sessions.

Simone has also recently completed her Careers Fast Track counsellors accreditation.
