Alex Taske

Alex is the youngest member of the "Dedicated" staff and brings to the team her youthful drive and enthusiasm. In her position as Training & Administration Assistant, Alex is in charge of the general day to day running of the office as well as preparing the training facility for upcoming trainings and being support to the training staff where needed. Also, her four years of hospitality experience in fine dining, A la Carte, buffet and functions coordination coupled with a Certificate III in Hospitality and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, supports her role as an assistant hospitality trainer.

Alex's passion for hospitality began at a young age whilst working in her parents busy cafe. Alex has since worked in some of the finest restaurants and hotels in the Cairns region, instilling in her the ability to provide attention to detail, excellent service and have a high level of knowledge when it comes to food and beverage operations.
