The TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is the current industry benchmark for anyone responsible for competency based training program design, development, delivery and assessment in the National Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.
Essentially a self-paced and supported learning program, the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is delivered through a series of weekly workshops culminating in the delivery of a training session.

This is a 12 month program and there are only 30 positions available (15xCairns, 15xInnisfail). It will be EXCITING, FUN, REWARDING and will include lots of hands-on practical training including work experience at facilities in Cairns and Innisfail.
